Warranty Terms

Thank you for purchasing a Debonair™ projector. We are committed to providing high-quality products and reliable after-sales service. Please read the following warranty terms carefully.


1. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
During this period, the product will be repaired or replaced at Debonair™’s discretion.


2. Warranty Period

  • All Debonair™ products come with a 1-year standard warranty starting from the date of purchase, as shown on your original invoice or purchase receipt.

  • Customers can redeem a 2nd-year extended warranty by completing the warranty registration form available on Debonairworld.ca within the specified registration period.

  • Proof of purchase is required to claim warranty services.


3. What Is Covered

This warranty includes coverage for:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Functional issues such as failure to power on, defective internal components, or significant performance issues under normal operating conditions


4. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damages or issues resulting from:

  • Misuse, abuse, or negligence

  • Physical damage, including cracks, scratches, dents, or broken parts caused by accidents or mishandling

  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering

  • External factors such as power surges, improper power supply, or moisture/environmental damage

  • Normal wear and tear, including fading or cosmetic imperfections

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers


5. Claiming Warranty Service

To raise a warranty claim:

  1. Contact Debonair™ Customer Support with a detailed description of the issue and proof of purchase.

  2. Include your Order ID or Invoice number when contacting support.

  3. Follow the instructions provided by our support team to send the product to an authorized service center.

  4. Return pickup will be arranged by our service team where eligible . Customers are responsible for shipping costs if return pickup is not available.


6. Repair or Replacement Process

  • Repairs or replacements will be performed at Debonair™’s discretion.

  • If the product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with the same model or a comparable model of equal or greater value if the original model is unavailable.

  • Warranty service for repairs or replacements will be provided at no cost for labor or parts, excluding shipping if applicable.
