  • Debonair World reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the website, services, products, or policies at any time without prior notice.

  • Orders may be cancelled or refused in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or incorrect or incomplete information.


2. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Personal information is collected only for order processing, customer support, warranty services, and service improvement. We do not sell or misuse customer data.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are generally dispatched within 24–48 business hours after confirmation.

  • Standard delivery timelines range from 3–8 business days, depending on the delivery location.

  • Express delivery may be requested prior to dispatch and may involve additional charges.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Such delays do not qualify for cancellation or refund.

  • Order modifications or cancellations must be requested before dispatch by contacting our support team.

  • In the event of courier loss or misplacement, the product will be replaced at no additional cost after confirmation with the courier partner.


4. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • Return or replacement requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be returned in unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation intact.

  • Return courier charges are not free and must be borne by the customer.

  • Reverse pickup may be arranged upon request where serviceable, and applicable courier charges will be communicated in advance.

  • Replacements, if approved, will be processed after product inspection.

  • Refunds are applicable only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied products.

  • For returns due to personal preference or change of mind, shipping charges and payment gateway fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Any damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting photos or videos for verification.


5. Warranty

  • All Debonair™ products come with a 1-year standard warranty from the date of purchase.

  • Customers may redeem an additional 1-year extended warranty by completing and submitting the warranty registration form available on Debonairworld.ca within the specified period.

  • Warranty coverage includes manufacturing defects, internal hardware malfunctions, or functional failures under normal usage conditions.

  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, accidental damage, water or moisture exposure, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

  • To initiate a warranty claim, customers must email hello@debonairworld.com with their Order ID and details of the issue (photos or videos may be required).

  • Our support team will respond within 48 business hours and guide customers through the warranty process.

  • Repair timelines typically range from 7–15 business days. In cases where replacement parts are unavailable, resolution may take up to 45 days.

  • If a product cannot be repaired or replaced, Debonair™ reserves the right to offer an alternative product of equal or comparable value.


6. Payments & Refund Deductions

  • Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways.

  • Refunds requested before dispatch are permitted and subject to a payment gateway deduction.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method and processed as per standard banking timelines.


7. Limitation of Liability

  • Debonair™ shall not be held responsible for delivery delays, courier issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

  • Product performance is subject to manufacturer specifications and intended usage conditions.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Debonair™’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the product.
