Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 8 business days, depending on the delivery location.

  • We work with trusted courier partners such as UPS, Purolator, Canpar, Amazon Shipping, and other reliable carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery.


Delivery Disclaimer

  • Delivery timelines provided are estimated and not guaranteed.

  • Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including courier disruptions, weather conditions, regional constraints, or logistical issues.

  • Orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund due to delivery delays once dispatched.


Order Modifications

  • Order changes (such as address corrections or product modifications) may be requested only before dispatch.

  • Once an order has been shipped, modifications are no longer possible.


Lost or Misplaced Shipments

  • In the rare event that a shipment is confirmed as lost or misplaced by the courier partner, Debonair™ will arrange a replacement at no additional cost after verification with the courier.


Express Delivery

  • Express shipping options may be available for select locations and products.

  • Customers must contact us before dispatch to inquire about express delivery availability.

  • If applicable, additional charges and estimated delivery timelines will be shared prior to confirmation.


Refunds Prior to Shipping

    • Customers may request order cancellation and a refund before the order has been dispatched.

    • Refunds requested prior to shipping are subject to a  certain percentage deduction to cover payment gateway processing fees.

    • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.
